identifying our market & how other animators market their products

this post is split into two parts

since i've changed project to just be working on robs sissors project our taget audence will be the same sort of kids that injoy work such as goosem tales for gruesome kids, tales of the crypt keeperr. goosbumps, witches, roald dahl, horrable history and a series of unfortunate events. the ages of teh kids could range from 4 to 6 up. they normaly grow out of them at age 12 to 14.

some of these books were clasic enough to make animations of them like the film the BFG (big frendly gient) and tales of the crypt keeper that got three anamated seasons.

so now we have to look at an aduence that is intrested in these same kinda of seaces. in order to make an adabation of the 'little suck-a-thumb'.

but its not just kids we are aming for. we know that we have to sell this to potanshal empolyers as well so the artistic style is also ment to appels to older gerorstions who look for these sort of styles.


inderpent short films with losts of potenshal can use a number of diffrent ways to get they're film noticed and even markected for some profit.
